Fair use
Free means free, but it has limits. Here they are, plainly.
- 1 site per signup.
- About 10,000 visits per month.
- Site size under 25MB.
- 14 days of free edits after your proof.
- Idle sites may be removed after 12 months with no updates.
- About 5 new sites per day. First come, first served.
- No illegal, hate, spam, phishing, adult, or scam content.
- No custom domain on the free tier. Subdomain only.

Custom domain
Free forever stays on yourname.freewebsiteforever.com. Want your own domain (like yourshop.com)? That’s a one-time setup.
Get custom domain — $79One-time setup. Usual path: we buy the domain for you via Cloudflare (year 1 included in the $79). After you pay, a short form asks what domain to buy. Before you pay: if we buy the domain, we register it through Cloudflare so we can attach it to your site and handle renewal. Cloudflare usually hides personal contact details on public WHOIS. After year 1, renew ~$29/year or the site falls back to your free subdomain. Want the domain in an account you control later? Email hello@ and we'll help with a transfer.
What’s included?
We point your site at a custom domain. The usual path is we buy it via Cloudflare. The branding strip stays. We handle it by email — there’s no customer portal.
Free forever still free?
Yes. Subdomain hosting stays free. A custom domain is the optional $79 one-time setup.
We buy vs bring your own?
We buy is the usual $79 path. Year 1 is included. After you pay, you use the setup form. Already own a domain? Email hello@freewebsiteforever.com and we’ll point your site at it. The setup form is only for domains we buy.
Renewal?
If we bought the domain: before your anniversary, pay $29/year. Renew for $29/year. If you brought your own: renew at your registrar, not through us.
What if I miss renew?
If we bought it and you don’t renew before your anniversary, we won’t renew it in Cloudflare. Your site falls back to the free subdomain. Renew for $29/year.
What about my email?
Your email stays where it is. We never touch it. Switching your website to us doesn’t change your inbox, and moving your domain to your new site leaves your email settings alone.
